The Mahashivratri sadhana is a powerful practice to enhance your receptivity during Mahashivratri – a night of tremendous possibilities. Anyone over the age of seven can participate in the sadhana.
Mahashivratri is one of the largest and most significant among the sacred festivals of India. The festival celebrates the Grace of Shiva, who is considered the Adi Guru or the First Guru from whom the Yogic tradition originates. The planetary positions on this night, which is also the darkest night of the year, are such that there is a powerful natural upsurge of energy in the human system. It is enormously beneficial for one’s physical and spiritual wellbeing to stay awake and aware in a vertical posture throughout the night.
Namaskaram, doing the morning Sadhana has been amazing, already I’m seeing I have what feels like limitless energy, I’m more focused at work and feel very calm. Waking up at 5:30 is getting easier and easier every day 🙏🏽

Namaskaram, I did the Sadhana for 7 days and already see my big problem of not being able to wake up in the morning easily went away. Now I don't find it difficult at all! Also started feeling physically light🙏🏼

Yesterday it was my daughter's 12th b.day, We celebrated with 11 children at home. Part of me thought I will not have enough energy for joyful celebration after long week of work, and I have 2 other children. I am doing the 40 day MSR Sadhana and I also feel that there are more joyful and peaceful moments and moods and that even if not so it's more like a cleansing of old stuff rather than a bad mood. It feels like there is a lot of old stuff released on many levels and I have many shifts in perspective towards life and situations which are really enriching. So really grateful for the Sadhana and to all who make that possible.🙏🏻🌸🕉️

Namaskaram 🙏. For me this Sadhana is like a game changer. I literally can watch myself being stupid 😅. I mean I watch my behaviour that I build all the time up from the side. I am laying in the bad and fight with myself, send up- no I don’t want 😅. But I stent up and I see how I can change myself consciously. It’s still not easy but I see it’s all up to me. For sure I know that but now I can feel it and I can change 🙏. It’s something I will never give up ❤️🙏✨ Thank you 🙏

Namaskaram, I feel that a lot of old stuff gets burnt. And I experience a great stability that I have never experienced before. Getting up early is not hard for me. But I have to take care to go to bed early, unless I get sleepy in the afternoons. I love the guru poojas in the morning. I am keen to party with all of you on Mahashivratri! 🎊🥳🎉
