ISH Family Guide

Welcome to the ISH family guide. This site gives you important information about ISH. It is your essential guide to daily life at ISH; what you can expect from the school and what we expect of the students and parents. It includes important information about health and wellbeing, attendance and absence, communication, and more.

Welcome to the 2022-23 School Year!

On our welcome pages for the 2022-23 school year, you will find information and resources for the upcoming school year, including practical information about the first days of school, welcome letters from the principals and homeroom/advisor teachers and information about school agreements that all students/parents must sign before the first day of school.

School-Home Partnership

The School-Home Partnership is an agreement between parents, students and teachers to ensure that effective communication between the school and home is established. We expect that all parents and students read this family guide and follow the school’s procedures and policies. We hope that all parents will take an active role in their child’s education by attending essential school meetings, parent consultations and events.

At the beginning of August 2022, you will receive an email requesting you to digitally sign a School-Home Partnership Agreement, to confirm that you have read and understood the information in this guide. Please note that you must sign the agreement before your child’s first day of school. Families joining ISH during the school year will receive the digital agreement within two weeks of their child's first day of school.

Update 9th August 2022: All enrolled families have now received an email with a link to the School-Home Partnership Agreement for the 2022-23 school year. In the early years, primary school and middle school, the agreement is sent by email to the parent that receives the school invoice. In the high school, the agreement is sent to your ISH student email address (the high agreement should be signed by the student).
