The short-term joint staff training event took place in Zory in Poland from the 12th to the 16 september. The coordinator prof Mariolo and prof. Gallo three teachers from Italy took part part. The first day we toured the school and then we started the training. The programme included:

1. Employability skills – CYPRUS / LATVIA sharing experience
2. Innovative methods: flipped classroom / blended learning / CLILL / CALL – ITALY

and the workshops:

2. Cooperation
3. Setting up a business
4. Solving problems
Day 2 and 3 were devoted to ICT tools, which we are going to use to share ideas, store, display ,record texts and audio data, take photos and videos, access the Internet, take selfassessment tests to get feedback. We share ideas on using various effective tools and softwares for customizing teaching and learning materials for different types of students and with different difficulties from the simpliest to the most complex.
During day 3 we worked in mixed groups on lessons' plans in order to design lessons for chosen topics (flexibility and adaptability).The tasks were designed to meet specific employability needs and skills particularly cooperation, communication skills, setting up and running a business. Moreover, different interactive activities/exercises/presentations, selfassessment tests for feedback were prepared and used.
