Head Football Coach of St. David’s School in Raleigh, NC Dan played Safety at Davidson College where he served as a team captain and was selected to the AFCA Allstate Good Works Team for his commitment on the field, in the classroom and in the community. He completed a Master’s Degree in Theological Studies at Duke Divinity School while coaching both Football and Track at St. David’s. Dan and his wife Grace reside in Raleigh, North Carolina. Brad Dixon
Brad Dixon is the Head Football Coach, Head Boys Track Coach, Strength & Conditioning Coordinator, and Physical Education teacher at Camp Point Central High School in West Central Illinois. Coach Dixon has been coaching football for the last 16 years, including the last 8 years as Head Football coach at Camp Point Central. During those 8 years, the Panthers have won 5 conference championships, went to the IHSA playoffs 8 straight years, made a quarterfinal appearance, and two semi-final appearances in the IHSA playoffs. In 2018, Camp Point placed 2nd in the state. Coach Dixon is currently 84-19 in his nine years at Camp Point Central, a winning percentage of 81.6%. Two years ago, Coach Dixon gave up coaching High School Boys Basketball after 13 seasons to become the Head Boys Track Coach at Camp Point Central. Over the past two years, Coach Dixon has made speed THE priority in every athlete that he trains, and it has made a major impact on how he now runs his high school football program. This past summer he also became RPR Level 2 Certified and it has been another game changer for his program.
Kurt Hester
Louisiana Tech head football coach Skip Holtz announced the hiring of Kurt Hester as the athletic department's Head Strength and Conditioning Coach beginning in June 2013. Hester joined the Louisiana Tech Family after serving as a National Director of Training for the D1 Sports Training Center in Nashville, Tenn. since 2008. He worked with training several professional athletes from leagues such as the National Football League (NFL), Major League Baseball (MLB), National Basketball Association (NBA), Major League Soccer (MLB), National Hockey League (NHL) and the NFL Combine classes. One NFL player notable to Tech fans that Hester has worked with is former Bulldog quarterback Luke McCown. "Kurt has phenomenal respect across the industry,[quote] Holtz said. "We are thrilled to have him join the Louisiana Tech Family. His background, experience and knowledge is a huge asset and brings him instant credibility with the University's student-athletes. He is going to have a huge impact in our athletic department and I am looking forward to him working with all of our student-athletes." Concurrent to his tenure at D1 Sports Training, Hester also worked as the Director of Training at the Manning Passing Academy as he designed a training program for over 1,300 high school athletes and delivered a specific training seminar for high school and college coaches. From 1997-2008, Hester was the owner and Director of Performance at HS2 Athletic Performance in Mandeville. He developed and mentored area coaches for college and professional coaching careers with several going on to BCS-level schools and NFL teams. Over 500 athletes he worked with received collegiate scholarships during that time as he oversaw the development of over 400 junior and senior high students per day. Hester was an assistant strength coach at LSU from 1995-98, working with the speed development program for then-football coach Gerry Dinardo and worked primarily with the LSU baseball team as it won two national championships under legendary coach Skip Bertman. Hester also worked with the men's basketball, women's soccer and women's golf programs as well as with the varsity cheerleaders. He graduated from Tulane University in 1995 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in exercise physiology. He also served as a graduate strength coach at Tulane for two years. Hester has certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength & Conditioning Association and also has his Speed Agility & Conditioning certification as well as his Level 1 certification from the United States Weightlifting Association. Hester is married to the former Seana Durman. The couple have three children: Sydney, Rieleah and Remy.
Tony Holler
Tony Holler is the head track coach at Plainfield North High School in the Chicago area. Tony Holler has coached track for 38 years, football for 28, and basketball for 15. In June of 2019, Tony retired after his 38th year of teaching (Chemistry). He remains as the head track coach. Holler’s teams have won three state championships. In 2018, his Plainfield North team swept the sprints in Illinois, winning the 100m, 200m, 4x1, and 4x2, setting new state records in the 100m and 4x1. In 2019, Plainfield North again featured the state champion in both the 100 and 200. Tony Holler and Chris Korfist own the Track Football Consortium, providing education for coaches twice a year (December and June). TFC will expand in 2020 to Dallas (Jan 25-26) and St. Louis (Feb 7-8). Tony Holler is the originator of “Feed the Cats” and speaks at clinics and seminars from coast to coast. In September of 2019, Holler did a five workshop “Feed the Cats Tour” in England and Ireland, hosted by Jonas Dodoo. Tony Holler produced a track and field video for Championship Productions in 2019, Feed the Cats: A Complete Sprint Training Program. The DVD/VIDEO was the #1 seller of all the videos sold for Championship Productions, ALL SPORTS. Holler is also the author of nearly 200 articles about coaching, high performance, and education.
