The weight room will be a staple in our program. The expectation will be that players are in the weight room year-round. There are numerous benefits to strength training. Getting stronger, faster, more explosive, injury prevention and gaining confidence are just some of the benefits! We will lift as a team twice per week during the season. During the off-season we will offer training opportunities 3 times per week for athletes. We will run a program similar to what you would get at ETS, without the cost. While we can not require anyone to be in the weight room in the off-season, we do expect players who desire to earn varsity spots to be putting in the time throughout the year.

Champions Fitness is more of an emphasis on speed/agility so if you go to those sessions you should still be lifting either at West or ETS
