Summer Info

Summer Captain's Practice takes place Monday-Friday.  The men of Mankato East meet on the tennis-court side of the high school at 7am.

Don't forget to record your mileage in the captain's binder every day.  To earn a mileage shirt, you need to...

1. Run and record 200 or 400 miles

2. Attend Captain's Practice at least 3 times per week.  If this is not possible, have a parent contact me at cward1@isd77.org to work out another plan.
