ChemistryX is an advanced-paced physical science class. One year of science content will be delivered in half the time. The course will prepare students to take AP (Advanced Placement) science classes their sophomore year (Chemistry or Physics), if they choose.

The first semester will cover college-prep Chemistry. We will study the atom, periodic table, and chemical bonding and reactions that will include a significant lab component.

Second semester will be PhysicsX. Forces, motion, energy transformations, electricity, and waves will fill the second semester. PhysicsX is a semester course taught by Eric Koser in room 320.

Individual practice is important, however, communication with me and classmates can always enhance learning.

I am available for help most days beginning at ~7:30am. I am also available after school until 3:45 most days.
