Welcome to Sauk Centre Public Schools ParentSquare communication database.

To ensure seamless communication and effective collaboration, we are utilizing ParentSquare as our primary communication tool for all school-related correspondence

What is ParentSquare?

ParentSquare is a secure, easy-to-use communication service for receiving important school information and updates in one place.

Action for Inclusion:

To be added to the ParentSquare platform, all individuals must complete this digital form:

Understanding Your Access and Participation:

Automatic Communication Access: Completing the enrollment form grants you automatic, one-way communication access (receiving messages) even before account registration.
Full Two-Way Communication and Confidential Access: To unlock the platform's full potential, you must register your individual account. Registration enables two-way communication (e.g., replying, posting, engaging in discussions).

Registration Process:

Receive Invite: You get an email or text with a link.
Click Link: Open the link to begin activation.
Match Info: Enter the phone or email that matches what the school has on file.

We strongly encourage all approved guests, participants, and community coaches to complete both the enrollment form and account registration for full integration into our communication network.

Once you receive your ParentSquare Invite -

Activate your ParentSquare account

1. Open the invitation from ParentSquare

in your email or text messages.

2. Click Activate your account or tap the link to

go to the account registration page.

3. Enter your email or phone number, then click

If it looks correct, click Conﬁrm. You’ll receive a code by text or email.

5. Enter the veriﬁcation code when asked.

6. If everything looks correct, click Yes, this is me.

Now you’re ready to start using ParentSquare!

Download the ParentSquare app

The free ParentSquare app is available for iPhone and Android.

All non-district members

should download the

ParentSquare app.

NOT the StudentSquare app.

Set your Notification Preferences

Tap the triple bar menu at top left.
Select Account and then Notifications.
Use the slider to turn on/off by modality

(email, text or app).

Choose your preferred notification settings

Use the slider to turn on/off modality

- General Announcements & Messages by Email, Text or App and frequency for posts (Off, Instant or Digest)

Digest- you will receive one notification, for all posts @ 6pm

School Alerts - Recommend to keep on.

Future messaging will send based on your preferences.

Note: you cannot turn off Urgent Alerts & Notices
