Once a month, the DAE Teacher (Linnea) will reach out to collect attendance. Attendance for the month should be turned in by the end of the first week of the following month. For example, Nov. 1 - Nov. 30 attendance should ideally be turned in by Dec. 7th. Attendance can be collected anytime a DAE registered volunteer is working with a student at Life House who has completed DAE registration and testing. Attendance should include:
Student name
Date of attendance
Number of hours in attendance
