About Me

The 2023-2024 school year will be my sixth year of teaching here at Battle Lake. I graduated high school from Perham in 2013 and went on to Minnesota State University of Moorhead for my Bachelors degree and graduated in the winter of 2017.

I am the head coach of the cross country, and track programs. Throughout high school and college I ran competitively so I am thrilled to have these opportunities to continue these passions of mine. 

My hobbies include running, spending time with my family and friends, and collecting old things (I'm a history nerd!).

My hope is that throughout this year I will transfer my passion for social studies to the students by having engaging and meaningful classroom discussion among students that can be used outside the classroom walls.
