About Me

I have lived in Henning all my life and I graduated from Henning High School.  I then attended college at the University of Minnesota-Crookston for two years where I played volleyball and basketball.  I transferred to Moorhead State University where I graduated with a degree in Elementary Education and coaching.  In 1999, I got my Masters' Degree in Educational Leadership from Southwest State University.  

My family consists of my husband Pete, three adult children along with their spouses, two grandsons, and our dog Bentley.  Pete owns 210 Tires and Towing and does tires, auto repair, and towing from our home in Henning.  My daughter is 27 and is a 4 year RN at Perham Health.  She is married to Kolby Thalmann and they live near Henning.  They have a son, Tatum, and he brings lots of laughter to us and is so much fun to be around.  I have twin boys that are 24.  Blake is a respiratory therapist at Lake Region Hospital in Fergus Falls and is married to Miss K, who teaches second grade in Battle Lake.  Blaine is working for the Minnesota Department of Transportation out of Henning.   Blaine is married to Ellie and they live 2 miles from us.  They have our second grandson, Kohen, who is an amazing blessing to our family.  We enjoy being with our family and spending time outdoors.  We love to go riding in our Ranger and boating in the summer.
