Mrs. Orpen

I grew up on a small dairy farm by Grygla, MN and graduated from High School there.  I went to college at Bemidji State University - Go Beavers!   My first year of teaching was in Plummer, MN.  From there I moved to the North Shore and taught in Silver Bay for 12 years.   Next came Battle Lake which quickly became "Home" and this is year 22 for me!      I am married to John and have three grown children and three grandchildren.   They are my world.    My hobbies are everything music, kayaking, and taking pictures.
