Transcript Requests

  • High School Transcripts can be requested through Parchment. If you are requesting a Final Transcript, please place on Hold if requesting before June 1st of your graduation year, otherwise just submit your request directly. Click on the Parchment Image above, or scan the QR Code, to access the website


  • Coursework taken at Battle Lake High School through Minnesota State Community and Technical College (MSCTC)

Students will need to request an official transcript from MSCTC to be sent to their "end" college for review for transfer purposes. It is always up to the "receiving" college whether or not coursework/credits will transfer and in what capacity they will transfer.   • Coursework taken at Battle Lake High School through University of MN Crookston (UMN-Crookston)

Students will need to request an official transcript from UMN-Crookston at: to be sent to their "end" college for review for transfer purposes. You need to know your UMN Student ID to set this up. There will be a $15 charge if sending to a college outside of the University of MN network. It is always up to the "receiving" college whether or not coursework/credits will transfer and in what capacity they will transfer. Click on the image above to access the webpage.
