The purpose of the Gage Care Teams is to support our Gage students who may benefit from interventions that support positive behaviors while at school (whether it be in-person or virtual). The Care Teams consists of several members including the school counselor, school social worker and school mental health practitioner. The Care Teams provide a variety of services, such as: individual support, group support, pull-out and push-in support, and classroom lessons. These services mainly focus on: emotion regulation, social skills, friendship skills and conflict resolution. If you would like a Care Team member to connect with you please fill out this Google Form or call one of the Care Teams that works with your child’s grade.
