Happy Friday! 

We completed all of our testing this week! Hooray! I will be sending home all the scores and papers to go along with the scores next Friday. Please check these out. 

Repeat Upcoming Events: 

*Tuesday, May 16: FFA Safety Day. Our Princeton High School FFA students will be bringing farm animals, equipment and activities for our second grade students to learn about!

*Wednesday, May 17: ALL Library Books Due

*Thursday, May 18: School Carnival! Students are working towards earning items for our carnival. It will be held outside on the soccer field. Please have your child bring tennis shoes and dress in layers as our class is the first class of the day outside.

*Friday, May 19: LAST homework sent home-due on the 26th.

*May 24: 2nd Grade FUN-Class vs. Class outdoor games. Bring tennis shoes. 

*Friday, May 26: LAST spelling test! 

*Friday, May 26: Superkids Day-Ice cream and activities provided to celebrate our fun reading curriculum. Students are invited to dress like their favorite Superkids character too!

*May 30-June 1: Camp Skeeter. More info in Folder today!

*Tuesday, May 30: 2nd grade visits the Intermediate School 

*Wednesday, May 31: 2nd grade field trip to Mark Park! 

*Thursday, June 1: LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!

For next week: 

*Homework sent home today is due Friday, May 19. The (Telling Time) math sheet looks a little different than previous sheets as we are done with our official testing. We are reviewing and preparing for 3rd grade.
