Hello! My name is Rachelle Johnson. I am a full time K-12 school counselor for William Kelley Schools. 

I grew up in Northern Minnesota and am lucky enough to call Lake Superior my home. This is my third year as a school counselor.

I received my Bachelor Degree in Social Work from the University of Minnesota, Duluth and attended the University of Wisconsin, Superior for my Master's degree in School Counseling. Outside of school, I love to be outdoors, attend live music, read, and spend time with my 7 year-old golden retriever, Juno. 

As a K-12 counselor at William Kelley, my work takes many different forms. Most often, that means supporting students' mental health and well-being, helping students develop academic goals, assist in college and career planning, and fostering a positive, supportive learning environment.

Hello! My name is Morgan McGaffey, and I am a K-12 school counselor that is shared between William Kelley and Minnehaha Elementary. 

My husband, daughter, and I have recently moved to this area and are LOVING this community already! This is my sixth year as a school counselor. 

I attended Minnesota State University Moorhead for my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Special Education. I finished my Master’s degree in School Counseling from Saint Cloud State University. Currently, when I am not in school, I enjoy watching sporting events, spending time with my family, and indulging in overpriced coffee. 

My role as a K-12 counselor depends on the need by each and every student. I am fortunate to be working in all the elementary classrooms grades K-5th each week to develop social emotional skills. On the other hand, I also provide mental health services to our students if they feel they need more support from an adult, whether that be individually or with small groups.
