Welcome to THHS 2023/2024 School Year

Hello, my name is Callie Lindmeyer and I am the high school counselor for students in grades 10-12. This is my sixth year in the Lake Superior School District with Two Harbors High School.  My goal as a school counselor is to promote achievement and safety for all the students I serve. I have an open door policy and hope all of my students will view me as a safe space for them in any situation. 

I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Communication from the University of Minnesota Duluth then completed my masters degree in guidance and counseling at the University of Wisconsin-Superior. I grew up in Duluth, MN and currently live in Cloquet with my husband, our son and two dogs. Outside of school I enjoy: being a new mom and all the fun that comes along with that, spending time with family and friends, camping in the summers, and traveling as much as possible.

Hello,  My name is Katrina Thompson and I am the counselor for students in grades 6-9.  This is my second year in the Lake Superior School district and I am so excited for another year with my students. 

Before coming to Two Harbors, I spent two years as a school counselor in Gila Bend, Arizona.  My undergraduate degree is from the University of Wisconsin- Stout in Vocational Rehabilitation with a minor in Social Work.  My masters degree is from the University of Wisconsin-Superior in guidance and counseling.

I grew up in Duluth, MN and now currently live in Superior, Wisconsin with my two dogs, Leo and Teddy. When I am not at school, I love hiking, camping, listening to live music, traveling, and spending time with my friends and family.

The things I enjoy most about being a school counselor is being able to empower and support students in their own success and celebrating those victories with them. I love working with middle schoolers and I’m looking forward to my second year here at Two Harbors.
