November
At Lincoln Elementary, we are RESPONSIBLE by doing the following:
Always trying our best
Using self-control
Being self-disciplined
Being accountable for choices
Thinking before acting
Considering the consequences
Sometimes it is hard for students to get into the groove of taking school work. During this month, we are going to teach our students how to be responsible in the classrooms, at home and anywhere they might venture.
Parents can help children at home by setting time frames when school work must be done and giving them assistance with their homework.
Together we can positively teach children how to be responsible, and they will begin to see the rewards in themselves, their grades and their overall life.
