Students in fourth and fifth grade have had a wonderful start to the 2024-2025 school year across a variety of mediums creating some amazing works of art. Way to go Eagles!
A look back at some of the fourth and fifth grade fun in the Gene Dillon Elementary art room.
Using India ink students blew drops of ink across their paper to make a variety of crisscrossing lines. Once dry they then used a variety of both cool and warm watercolors and color pencils to fill in the open spaces.
Using colorful pieces of cut paper students learned how to fold paper into a variety of origami pieces. After folding their paper they were then asked to put together in the design of a flower.
