Competition Sign up

You must sign up for a minimum of five events to letter. You may sign up for as many events as you want to.  You MUST edit this document two days prior to an event you are planning to attend if you have something that changes in your schedule and you cannot go.    

This document will be the sign up and attendance sheet for competitions.
