Registration: Forms will be available in the HS office on March 17 to be turned in with payment ( no forms will be accepted without payment) on March 21st, 22nd, & 23rd in the foyer of the High School before and after school, can also be turned into the HS office 

• Cost- $80.00 (couple) $40.00 a person

• All Registration forms must be turned in by March 31st or there will be a $10.00 late fee and will not be guaranteed a gift.

• Guests must be in at least 10th grade and younger than 21- All guests attending that do not go to PEM High School will be asked to complete a guest permission slip (available in the HS office)

• Prom is a school sponsored event so all school rules and policies apply

Grand March: Will be held in the High School Gym with limited space

• Prom goers pleas be at the PEM High School by 3:00 for the Grand March line up

• Grand March: 3:30-4:30 Please check in by 3:00 in the cafeteria for line up (please do not leave for dinner until grand march is over)

• Dinner: Students are on their own for dinner

• Please check in for the dance by 8:15pm

Dance:  8:00-11:00pm- Pool Tables/Ping Pong tables/Air Hockey/UNO card/playing cards - Salt & Pepper Photo booth

• If Students leave before 12:00am, they will not be allowed back in.
