Welcome to the PEM Track & Field Website.

You can find information about the 2026 season and results from the past on this website. If you can't find something, please don't hesitate to email us and we will get you pointed in the right direction.

We are excited for the rapidly approaching 2026 track & field season. If you have not registered your student/athlete for this spring, please do so HERE.

If you have not signed up for the remind messages, please do so by texting "@pembtf" to the number 81010.

Practices this year will be held in ELGIN everyday! We will be utilizing the 4-5 gym when conditions are not great to be outside. Practices will begin on Monday, March 9th. We will begin at 3:20 and be done by 5:00 most days.

The only thing athletes will need to have to participate in track and field is a good pair of running shoes. Uniforms, new last year, will be handed out sometime before the first track and field meet! Athletes are not required to order any gear, but are required to wear something BULLDOG at all track and field meets.

Below is the meet and practice protocol that we will be following this season, this is subject to change.

Our warm up will start at 3:20. Athletes should be on time everyday, if you are going to be late, please let your coach know prior to practice. We we be done with practice most days at 5:00.

Girls will meet by the finish line for dynamic warm ups, boys by the start of the 200 for dynamic warm ups.

All athletes are expected to be at the meets until the last event is completed (4x400 Meter Relay). The junior high athletes should be at the varsity meets to help out and the varsity athletes should be at the junior high meets to run the events. If you are not able to do this for a meet, please let the coaches know so that we can plan accordingly. Thanks.
