Welcome to the PEM Track & Field Website.

Practices this year will be held in ELGIN everyday! We will be utilizing the 4-6 gym when conditions are not great to be outside. Practices will begin on March 10th. We will begin at 3:20 and be done by 5:00 most days.

The only thing athletes will need to have to participate in track and field is a good pair of running shoes. We have new uniforms this year which will be handed out sometime before the first track and field meet! Athletes are not required to order any gear, but are required to wear something BULLDOG at all track and field meets. If athletes are interested in order apparel it is available HERE. The store will stay open throughout the season.

Below is the meet and practice protocol that we will be following this season, this is subject to change.

Our warm up will start at 3:20. Athletes should be on time everyday, if you are going to be late, please let your coach know prior to practice. We we be done with practice most days at 5:00.

Girls will meet by the finish line for dynamic warm ups, boys by the start of the 200 for dynamic warm ups.

All athletes are expected to be at the meets until the last event is completed (4x400 Meter Relay). The junior high athletes should be at the varsity meets to help out and the varsity athletes should be at the junior high meets to run the events. If you are not able to do this for a meet, please let the coaches know so that we can plan accordingly. Thanks.
