Welcome to the 2025-2026 School Year!

I am very excited to start my 35th year of teaching! The first fifteen years of my career were in Elgin. I was a first grade teacher for fourteen of those years. I then taught 3rd grade for seventeen years. This will be my fourth year as a 2nd-3rd grade Reading Interventionist. I am so excited to get started! 

A Little About Me.....

I was born and raised in Rochester and continue to live there with my husband and our three miniature Goldendoodles. Our daughter, Kari and her husband recently moved to Idaho. She is a chiropractor and her husband works for Polaris. Our son, Kevin, is a recent Commercial Aviation graduate from The University of North Dakota (UND) in Grand Forks.

I received my Elementary Education degree from the University of North Dakota (UND).

In my spare time I enjoy reading, traveling, and gardening.
