Mrs. Ihrke
Hello!! My name is Kim Ihrke and I will be one of your child’s physical education teachers this year. K-3 students have physical education almost every day!! In addition to physical education, I will also be implementing health education for all of our K-3 students. My classes will have 50 minute classes every four days. This will be my 18th year teaching physical education in the elementary and I am thrilled to have the opportunity for my students to explore the world of wellness and physical activity through technology… SmartBoard in the gym!
A little about myself…I grew up in this area and graduated from Plainview High School along with my husband, Seth. We have three children…a son, Jayden (17 years old), a daughter, Kadence (15 years old) and our youngest son, Reid (11 years old).
I'm a 2002 UW-La Crosse Alumni & I received my Masters in Education from Hamline University in 2012. I am looking forward to a new and adventurous year!!
