SUMMER 2026: Registrations will go out to current families in February. We are anticipating registration will be open to the public the first Monday in March if space is available. It will be posted on our Google Site. It will be a first come first serve basis. When registration is available to the public it will be in the drop down options under Summer 2026.
PARTICIPATION FEES
All-inclusive daily rates include all routine program fees such as snacks (when your child is in attendance during regularly scheduled snack times), swimming pool (when possible), activities, and field trips. See Parent’s Handbook for additional information.
Attendance calendars indicating the days/ times that your child will be present at the PEM Kidz Club summer program must be submitted for the period by the due date indicated below for the participation period. Children whose parents fail to submit a calendar by the due date will need to participate at the drop-in rate (as space permits) for the weeks in question. You must check for availability.
Bennett’s Lunches & High Plains Pizza
Bennett’s main dish lunches will be provided at $5 per child 1-2 days a week. This is optional, if your child does not want the lunch they can pack like any other day. If your child signs up for Bennett’s it is only the main dish. They should pack any extras and a drink on those days.
High Plains will donate pizza for lunch once a month at no cost to families and for a snack in the morning.

Swimming Days (this is no extra cost):
Monday- Kids going into 1st grade & 3rd grade and above.
Wednesday- Kids going into Kindergarten & 2nd grade
Friday-Any grade
DROP-IN RATES
Drop in rate will be the regular rate plus $5 per family. If calendars are not turned in by the deadline you will be charged $15 late calendar fee and the drop-in rate. Drop-in participants are not eligible for field trips. NOTE: Drop-in participation only available as space permits. You will need to call to see before coming that day. *There is a 2 day minimum charge per child each week.*
*If you register for summer, you are required the minimum charge of two days a week through the whole summer programming (June-August).

FIELD TRIPS *All field trips will cost $10 per trip/per child.

Bell Museum St. Paul, MN July 17th Permissions Slips Due June 29th Arrive by 8am return 3:30pm and close at 4:00pm
Moana Live movie & Park Rochester, MN August 7th Permission Slip Due July 13th Arrive by 8:30am return 3:30pm and close at 4:00pm.
*Kidz Club will open 6:30am and close 30 minutes after returning from all field trips.
