ALICE (June 2017)
The 2-day ALICE (Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, Evacuate) Training provides preparation and a plan for individuals and organizations on how to more proactively handle the threat of an aggressive intruder or active shooter event.
ENVoY Training (August 2017)
The twelve-hour course is a research-proven collection of classroom management techniques, including mostly non-verbal communication, which preserves the relationship between teacher and student.
Model Schools Conference (June 2018)
The four-day conference is sponsored by the International Center for Leadership in Education. It includes presentations from innovative and model schools and “How-To” sessions to increase rigor, relevance and relationships.
Civil Mediation Training (August 2018)
The 30-Hour Civil Mediation Training is a course that develops skills, which are most important to deepening knowledge of effective conflict resolution.
Personalized Learning Series (2018-2019 School Year)
Author and former Superintendent Jim Rickabaugh leads this multi-day series. The series provides administrators with concepts, strategies and frameworks to support the transformation to personalized learning.
MASSP Summer Institute & Law Conference (Yearly)
Minnesota Association of Secondary School Principals hosts multiple Professional Development opportunities throughout the year.
