Role: Creating a safe, motivating environment that promotes growth, teamwork, and a lifelong love of track and field. Program leadership, athlete development, culture building, and long-term competitive success across all events.
"I coach to help athletes positively develop mentally, socially and physically, to develop student athletes into leaders in their everyday lives."
Role: Technical development and event-specific training for long jump and triple jump athletes, teaching proper fundamentals and safe jumping mechanics while developing explosive, confident jumpers.
"I coach all of these sports to make a difference in student/athletes lives: emotionally, academically, socially, physically, etc. I strive to provide an environment in which each student/athlete has the ability and resources to reach his or her potential."

Emily Olson- Assistant Coach
Role: Technical development in hurdles and long/triple jump, emphasizing mechanics, rhythm and consistency. Building effective jumping fundamentals for competitive performance
Andrea Kronbach - JV High Coach

Brandon Goebel- Assistant Coach
Role: Coach Schruin's personal water boy, takes care of him whenever Coach Schruin needs a snack, his role is to go find some, preferably Cheese-its. As well as technical development in High Jump, teaching efficient jump mechanics and using data-driven feedback to support the athletic program's growth.
