Senators

I joined Student Senate because I want to represent all students. I am also a member of the boys' swim team and I enjoy fishing and watching sports.

I joined Student Senate because I believe students deserve to have a voice in policies that impact them every day.

In my free time, I enjoy playing soccer and baking.

I joined Student Senate to act as a median for all students at Edina and continue to build an all-encompassing school community. Outside of Senate, I participate in Model UN, serve as club leaders for Women in Stem and Red Cross Club, work as a writing editor for Edina Whigrean, and enjoy running with Edina Girls Cross Country.

I joined Student Senate because I am invested in the wellbeing of EHS students and wanted to contribute my ideas and experience to help improve school policy. Outside of Student Senate, I am also copy editor and incoming editor-in-chief of Zephyrus, founder of EHS Civics Club, co-debate captain, trumpeter and bassoonist for band, Minnesota Youth Council CD3 representative, City of Edina Planning Student Commissioner, and Legislative Action Committee member, also serving on the Edina Rotary Global Scholars, Edina Asian American Alliance, and Edina League of Women Voters leadership boards.

As a new student at Edina, I joined Student Senate to contribute to my school community and make an impact. I’m passionate about student leadership and want to help shape an environment where every student feels heard and supported!

I’m a junior, and this is my first year on Student Senate. I joined Senate to advocate for impactful policy changes on behalf of the student body. At Edina, I participate in Model UN, Alpine, Track, and Cross Country. Outside, I am involved with Young Life, Capernaum, GiGi's Playhouse Down Syndrome Achievement Center, and serve on the GiGi's Junior Board of Directors.

I joined Student Senate to represent my friends and classmates in school policy discussions. Outside of school, I like to run, play guitar, and hang out with friends, and I’m involved in Speech, DECA and FCA.

Hi! My name is Grace Frenkel, I’m a sophomore, and it’s my first year on student senate. I joined student senate to give a voice to the student body and strive toward my political passions. I’m so excited to serve with my fellow senators this year!

I joined Student Senate to help represent my classmates and work with decision making and policy. I enjoy being a part of girls’ swim and dive, Zephyrus, the Legislative Action Committee and hanging out with my friends.

I am overjoyed to serve on Student Senate this year, working to represent my fellow students and help guide EHS administration in decision-making. I also serve on the Edina Education Fund Student Board, am a part of the Edina High School news publication, Zephyrus, Mock Trial, and am a Stage Manager for Theatre.
