Registration

All students must be registered for Fusion in order to participate. Complete the registration form below in order to enroll your student in Fusion. 

If your student needs to ride the Activity Bus home from Fusion, you will need to fill out the separate Transportation Request Form for ALL after school activities.  

Ensure you have selected "Submit" on the final page of the form. Your registration will not be captured until you have submitted the form.
