Step 5 - Payment can be done online with PaySchools.
If you are experiencing financial hardships and are in need of a scholarship (full or partial) please contact 8th Grade Counselor Brooke Johnson at bjohnson@isd200.org

Step 6 - Return Completed Medical Forms and Cash or Check Payments to the HMS Main Office by October 29.

**Meds be turned into the HMS Nurse by November 4 at 12pm.**
