How to Restart your iPad
**Restart your iPad weekly (minimum)**
The iPad checks in with the District management system when this happens and often times this fixes issues.
Press and hold the power button for a few seconds.
Wait until you see Slide to Power Off appear on your screen.
Swipe the Slide to Power Off slider.
Press and hold the power button again and wait for your device to turn on.
How to Reset your iPad
When your iPad becomes unresponsive or the restart didn't work
Hold down the Home button and the power button at the same time.
Keep both buttons held until the Apple logo appears.
Let go of the buttons and wait while your device completes its start sequence.

Try Restarting your iPad and/or resetting your iPad
