The important stuff for seniors:
iPad collection dates: June 1-3. You are welcome to return your iPad as soon as you are finished using it on these dates. Don’t wait until the last minute!
Plan for a minimum of 30 minutes to complete the process of returning iPads.
You must return an Apple-brand 20-watt USB-C charging brick and an Apple-brand USB-C to USB-C charging cord with no exposed wires. Please note that we will not accept generic replacements or chargers for phones. There are absolutely no exceptions. Replacements can be purchased for $19 each ($38 total for a brick and cord together) when you return your iPad.
We can only accept cash or checks (made payable to ISD 192) for payment of replacement items.
Optional: Data backup must be done before handing iPads in. There is limited time to do this on the day we collect iPads. You are encouraged to back data up in advance. Follow these instructions for optional data backup.
