What is it?
"This program provides a safe learning environment for students with mild disabilities. Most of the students we help are neurodivergent or are on the autism spectrum and have an IEP with their school district. While students follow the outlines from one of our swimming levels, modifications are made to strokes and skills as necessary. A specially designed hydraulic lift is available if necessary."

What is it?
Cheer team program that runs from the fall to February.

Must have adaptive softball experience to participate. Adaptive softball team that plays games throughout the Twin Cities area through Special Olympics MN.
What ages?
Anyone older than the age of 8 years old.

Flag football for ages 8 and up. Each child will be placed on a team based on age and skill level.

What is it?
Bocce ball is a game where participants toss a ball as close to the target ball that they can to win. This program is for anyone ages 8 and up. All participants will be placed on team based on their age and skill level.
