Guided imagery is a stress management strategy that has been used for many years. All you need is a comfortable place to sit, preferably undisturbed. You listen to guided audio, usually from a counselor or therapist, which helps you create a positive and relaxing images. If you allow yourself to listen and follow the instructions, you will find it can be very effective.

It’s very simple since it’s just a voice and you. Nothing more and it allows you complete control of what happens. Sessions can be short or long.
