· Keep a regular routine
· Wake up at your regular time and rest when you normally rest
· Eat regular meals
· It's easy to forgo preparing 3 healthy meals a day when our routine gets thrown off.
· Don’t forget to eat some veggies and fruits! Nutrition can have a major impact on our mood and overall physical well-being
· Take movement breaks during the day
· It easy to lose track of how long you’ve been answering emails or working on a project when you are out of your routine
· Reach out and connect
· The important act of social distancing can lead to feelings of isolation. Try to reach out and connect with others within the guidelines of social distancing
· Make a phone call to a loved one (yes! I mean call not text!)
· Have a Facetime session with a friend or family member
· Get together for a Skype lunch with your buddies
· Go outside, but follow social distancing guidelines
· Go for a walk or jog
· Stand in the sun for a minute or two if you can find it
