Vision: Inspire and educate students to explore, pursue and prepare them for the rewarding lifestyle in a technical career.

Missions:

Provide all students early and continual exposure to career exploration, development and pathways.
Create awareness for students and families, together, of the benefits, including financial advantages of a technical career.
Engage students with businesses and professionals in our community.
Collaborate with Fridley Public Schools to grow the Career & Technical Education (CTE) programs.
Develop and enhance skills needed to be successful in work and life.
