Welcome!
Welcome to first grade. I am honored to have the opportunity to work with your child. Our classroom is a safe place where mistakes are acceptable, learning is fun and everyone is a valued member of our classroom family. The goal for this year is for all students to be successful and lifelong learners. My goal, as an educator, is to have the child love school and learning.
I have been a teacher in Eastern Carver County School District sine 1997. I graduated from Iowa State University with degrees in Elementary Education and Family - Social Services.
I live in Chaska with my husband Steve. We have raised three children who all graduated from Chaska High School. We love spending time with our seven grandbabies.
