Meanwhile, the locals are contracting a mysterious illness: mute fever. The illness also affects the king's granddaughter. Lucek discovers that, once again, it is the monster who could prove useful and provide a cure for the disease. But the monster has been captured! Will the boy manage to free the monster, cure the inhabitants and convince the king to free his father?

This story is about friendship, love, struggle and surpassing oneself. Above all, it's a story that teaches the reader not to judge by appearances, and that the qualities we don't like in ourselves can, unexpectedly, become our strengths.
