Who are we?
We are two students, Nina Rhoen and Rayna Duan, from International School Basel (ISB). As food plays a big role in both of our cultures, we share a deep passion for various cuisines. Therefore, we would like to share some personal favourites from Basel.
What is the aim of our CAS project?
There are many different restaurants and small businesses in Basel that have yet to receive the recognition they deserve. We want to share with the Basel community different restaurants that have some of the best authentic and delicious dishes in town.
