Remember, the goal of the Trashion Fashion Show is to raise awareness of the amount of waste there is in the world. Therefore, please DO NOT purchase items to create your design. Instead, be creative! Reuse materials you would normally throw away. Here are some ideas of what to collect:

• plastic bags

• small containers

• packaging material (cardboard, bubble wrap)

• old magazines, paper

• reuse outgrown clothes and old fabrics

• old curtains or table cloths

After the event, do not throw your outfit away! Make sure to recycle it with Plastic Beach Party or in other creative ways!
