Abstract
The talk will review current knowledge about group-level and organizational-level climate. First I will explain the individual-level rationale of employee decision-making and behaviour. In order to comprehend the necessity for group-level climate theory and approach, it is important to understand how organizational contexts influence employees' cognition and behaviour. I will go over what climate is and how it is measured in organizations, and explain how climate could be improved. The principles of organizational climate theory and measures will be demonstrated via a current study focusing on organizational security and privacy climate. .
