I am a 4th-year doctoral candidate in the Southern Utah University Psy.D. Program. I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology, along with a minor in Spanish, from Utah Valley University.
Throughout my training, I have had many opportunities to work with children and teens who have struggled with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, OCD, depression, suicidal ideation, and problematic behaviors. I use empirically supported protocols in therapeutic treatment and emphasize helping individuals learn how to thrive even in the face of challenges and uncertainty.
