Coach Skougard

Coach Skougard has been coaching at Cedar High School for 9 years.  Prior to coaching she threw shot put, discus, and hammer throw at SUU for 4 years.

Her interests/hobbies are spending time with her husband and two little boys.

She loves coaching because she gets to see the growth that the athletes achieve from freshman year to senior year. She loves to see them grow in their throwing marks and meeting their goals in their everyday lives.
