Springview Playgroup is a welcoming, not-for-profit community playgroup run by dedicated church volunteers. We meet every Wednesday during school term from 10am to 11.30am at IREC Springvale Church, catering to parents, grandparents, and carers with children aged 0–5 years. Our goal is to create a nurturing environment where children can learn and grow through play. Each session offers fun, age-appropriate activities, including crafts, stories, singing, drawing, painting, playdough, and sensory experiences. We introduce a new theme each month to inspire curiosity and promote early learning. While some Christian elements may be present in songs or stories, participation does not require adherence to any specific beliefs. Grace is said before morning tea. Additionally, Springview Playgroup fosters connections among caregivers, helping build friendships and support networks. It’s a friendly space for families to feel connected to the wider community.
