My students are expected at all times to try their PERSONAL BEST!
Report cards will go home quarterly. A 5 week and 25 week report will also be sent home.
At this level, students are graded numerically with a 4-1 scale.
You will see 1, 2, 3, or 4's on both report cards as well as graded papers that get sent home.
A 4 would indicate that your child Exceeds Grade Level Expectations in that skill or concept. No teacher assistance is necessary.
A 3 indicates that your child is Meeting Grade Level Expectations with this skill. Minimal teacher assistance is necessary.
A 2 would indicate that your child is Working Toward Grade Level Expectations in the skill. Your child requires teacher assistance when working on this skill.
A 1 would indicate that your child is Not Meeting Grade Level Expectations in this skill. In most cases, your child is unable perform without teacher assistance in that skill.
