Meet the Teacher
Hello! My name is Mrs. Freeman and I am so exciting to be teaching science here at Indian River! I grew up in Watertown and attended high school at South Jefferson Central. I graduated from SUNY Potsdam with my Bachelor's in Biology and my Master's in Childhood Education.
Hello! My name is Mrs. Freeman and I am so exciting to be teaching science here at Indian River! I grew up in Watertown and attended high school at South Jefferson Central. I graduated from SUNY Potsdam with my Bachelor's in Biology and my Master's in Childhood Education.
I am married and have one (super cute!) son. I live on a beautiful piece of land in a small farmhouse. We have two dogs and one cat. Some of my hobbies include playing and coaching volleyball, reading, attending plays and musicals, and spending time with my family. I have been a volleyball coach at JCC ("Go Cannoneers!") for the last five years. Last year our team won the Regional Tournament and had the opportunity to travel to Minnesota for the National Championship!
