To access your Student Workbook, click the Download button located in the upper-right corner of the workbook window. When the download menu opens, select Print to print a copy of the workbook. As you progress through the course, complete the workbook by answering the questions and taking notes. If you need additional information, you may return to any section of the course to review the material. If your employer has elected to include a practical skills exercise as part of this training, please bring your completed Student Workbook with you to the instructor-led practical session. Your completed Student Workbook is an authorized reference and may be used during the final examination; however, not all final exam answers are contained within the workbook. Participants are expected to complete the course, pay close attention to the instructional material, and demonstrate an overall understanding of the concepts presented throughout the training.
