Internet Safety

Commonsense Media is an excellent source of information for all types of media--apps, movies, books, and games. This website provides helpful safety advice for parents regarding privacy and issues like photo sharing and privacy settings on phones and computers.  

The average age for creating accounts on most social media websites is 13. By keeping informed, working together, and modeling good digital citizenship, parents and teachers can promote Internet safety and healthy use of technology.
