Preschool Screening
A free screening, usually held in March, is offered to all Ipswich children that will turn 3 years old before September 1st. This occurs by appointment. As part of this process, parents can indicate whether they are interested in a slot for their child for the upcoming school year.
Parents will receive a brief feedback form within a month of the screening. Children whose parents have indicated interest in the program will be entered into a lottery system. All families will receive a letter of notification by April 15th regarding whether their child was selected for a slot. In general, three year olds are offered two days per week of preschool, while four year olds are offered three days per week.

Once you have received a letter of notification that your child has been offered a slot, parents should proceed to fill out an enrollment packet.
In addition to a completed enrollment packet, the following documents are also required and must be included when enrolling your student:
Residency Documentation (as outlined on page 1 and 2 of the enrollment packet)
Notarized Residency Affidavit (in lieu of other residency documents)
Birth Certificate
Immunization Record
Current Physical
Individualized Education Plan (when applicable)
504 Accommodation Plan (when applicable)

Returning families may secure a spot for our 3 or 4-year old program by filling out the form below and sending in a non-refundable registration fee. Deposits must be made by check made payable to Ipswich Integrated Preschool by May 1, 2024.

Should your child be selected by lottery to participate in our program a non-refundable Registration Fee of $150 will be required in order to hold the space for your child. Partial fee waivers may be provided for families with proven hardship needs.

The cost of your child’s two day/week program is $383/month or $3,830/year. Monthly installments of $383 for September-June are due on or before the first of each month. If you choose to pay for a full year tuition at the beginning of the year, the $150.00 deposit fee is waived.

The cost of your child’s three day/week program is $485/month or $4,850/year. Monthly installments of $485 for September-June are due on or before the first of each month. If you choose to pay for a full year tuition at the beginning of the year, the $150.00 deposit fee is waived.
