My name is Laura Harris. This will be my third year teaching fourth grade, and I am loving it! This is my 30th year in District 204. I have taught third and first grade, too! I have two kids. My son, TJ, is a Senior at the University of Dayton. My daughter, Kayla, is a Sophmoew at Carthage College. I am busy at home caring for my puppy, Bentley! 

My name is William Lia.  This is my 26th year at Patterson and my 23rd year teaching 4th grade.  I have three amazing children, Jack (22), Samantha (19), and Ryan (16).  Outside of school, I love hanging out with my family and watching Bear's games.

I was born and raised in Indiana, and currently live in Plainfield. I received my undergraduate degree from Purdue University, and a master’s degree in Reading and Literacy from Benedictine University.  This is my 27th year of teaching, my 25th  year at Patterson.  I previously taught Kindergarten, 1st ,and 2nd grades before landing in 3rd grade 23 years ago.  I am a mom to 3 wonderful children who keep me very busy.    I thoroughly love my job and I look forward to another amazing year with your children!
